RTB Workforce was established in 2024 — but it didn’t start from zero. It was built by people who had spent years on European construction sites, supplying and managing Romanian crews, and who knew exactly where the industry was being let down: reliability, compliance and looking after the workforce.
We started with a simple conviction — that Romania produces some of the most skilled and hardest-working trades in Europe, and that the right partner could deliver them to the projects that cannot afford to fail. From the first managed crew, RTB has grown into a labour partner operating across the UK, Ireland and Germany.
